Annual Members Meeting
Notices and voting ballots for the Annual Members Meeting are mailed to the Property Owners in January. The primary purpose of the meeting is to elect Board of Directors, vote on any proposals, convey year-end finances and present the budget for the coming year. As Members and Property Owners, your attendance and participation are highly encouraged. If you are unable to attend it is very important you vote by absentee ballot (early voting) or by proxy.
2025 Annual Members Meeting
The Annual Members Meeting was held on Sunday, February 23, 2025. The necessary quorum was established. Last year's Annual Members Meeting Notes were approved. The Board of Directors provided remarks on the status of the HOA operations. HOA 2024 finances and the 2025 budget were communicated. Progress for collecting 2025 assessment payments was shared. The Board responded to Homeowner questions. Voting results were conveyed. Joe Gomen and Brenda Wetherbe were elected to serve as Board Members each for a two-year term. Meeting was adjourned.
